This week was full of firsts I was lucky enough to Guide two clients of mine to their very first Tarpon ever and both were caught on fly! The weather has been anything but consistent its just been high winds and even a late cold front to mix things up. We have had some good fishing in between with fish staging up in their usual haunts moving in and out with tides. We are in a real spring/summer pattern as temps are in the mid 80s and climbing. Tarpon have begun swimming the ocean side of the keys and I cant wait to begin seeing strings and meatballs of rolling Tarpon.
