We have begun our summer season here in South FL if there is such a thing here!
Our days start before sunrise as the temps are cooler to help find happy fish. We are usually greeted with a spectacular sunrise as we watch the flats come alive in hopes of what the day has to offer us. Baby tarpon have been around in good numbers the shrimp hatches we have can be lights out when it comes to fishing for the Silver King. Typically by 9-10 o'clock we move on from the tarpon and we target Bonefish and Permit. We have throwing jigs and flies with great success a long delicate cast has been needed to get the fish to bite as its been GLASS calm as it will be for the next few months.
