As the first "cold" front came through our area last two nights it was great to see what it would do to our fishing we initially began in search of bonefish but we had some tough shots in windy overcast conditions as we moved spots as we came off plane I noticed a massive Baitfish ball of Pilchards in a near by creek so we came to a conclusion that we were being told to change it so with one throw of my cat net I filled my bait well with frisky Bait fish and commenced to relocate them! We set out the anchor and began throwing handfuls of pilchards to create a feeding opportunity for any near by fish within 30mins the action began for 4 hours straight catching Mutton Snappers, yellow Jacks, grouper and this nice sized Barracuda that gave my customer the fight of his Life! Some days it's better to go to Plan B sometimes nature is telling us what to do but we choose not to listen Im glad we were flexible and adapted to what was presented to us!
